Marplast is a 20 years of experience company that was established as a private consulting and production company on May 1st, 2003. In the first period of its activity, the company began producing cosmetic bottles, which were blowmoulded from a mixture of materials developed by Marplast, in order to replace the glass that was commonly at that time and at the same time obtain a UV barrier and lower packaging weight. From the very beginning, the company, having extensive contacts with the Polish plastics industry, began implementing, for its own needs and for external orders, the production of plastic products that were to have something above existing market products, while maintaining competitive prices. We keep this trend of the company’s activity, both for our own needs and for external orders. We also constantly work on what to develop and implement for production to always be ahead of the current mass products and competitions available on the market.

Today we manufacture separators for the shelves of large supermarket chains on own injection moulds. We focus on implementing eco and biodegradable plastic products into production, while maintaining the possibility of full recycling of goods already delivered in previous years. This idea has guided us from the very beginning. When starting new production, we use 3D modelling to optimise the finished product before producing the next injection mould tools.

Taking into account over 20 years of our experience and cooperation with the plastics industry in Poland and abroad, we also provide advice and service to younger companies, so that we can jointly help them start their production using, among others, little-known bio-plastics, which are currently becoming popular. In our production, we use a whole range of plastics and dyes, we also act as an intermediary for companies and for years we have been reselling certain quantities of our raw materials that we use for production or those that were left over from commissioned production. This is a good way for cooperation as a supplier of raw materials while maintaining reasonable prices.

With available machinery operating on the principle of outsourcing from our clients and collaborators, we are ready to produce products based on the specifications and requirements of our customers in any currently available technology of plastic processing. If necessary, we also develop this technology.

Through the implementation and a number of samples of plastic mixtures, we expand the possibilities of obtaining products with special requirements that are not available from standard suppliers, and our dry blends or compounds allow the creation of a ready-made material tailored to a given application in any color.
